Kevin Rogers scored 11 points and grabbed 16 rebounds for Baylor (11-8, 1-5), which lost for the fifth time in six games. Curtis Jerrells scored 12 points for the Bears, while Aaron Bruce added seven in the cause.
This game was over early, as Baylor only hit one field goal in the first 11 minutes, a span in which Kansas ran out to a 20-3 advantage that the Bears never threatened.
A three-pointer by Henry Dugat brought Baylor to within 27-14 with 4:39 left in the half, but the Jayhawks lead quickly bulged back above 20 points, and a Rush jumper with one second left in the half put Kansas up 40-18 at the intermission.
Kansas led by as many as 29 points late in the second half, after two straight jumpers by Brady Morningstar put the Jayhawks up 82-53 with just under a minute left. Baylor hit three free throws down the stretch to provide the final score.

Baylor hit only 30 percent of its shots from the field, and 18 percent (4- of-22) from behind the arc...The Kansas bench outscored Baylor's, 25-12...The Bears fell to 0-25 against Top 25 opponents in head coach Scott Drew's three- plus seasons...Drew was on the bench a little more than 24 hours after having an appendectomy on Tuesday.
